An electric dirt bike for kids is the ideal choice to introduce your child to motocross with no hassle. No petrol, no oil changes, no carburettor adjustments — just a battery to charge. Our range covers electric mini bikes from age 3 (Flee PRM 300W) up to models for 14-year-old teens (Tiger VX DLX 2000W). All our bikes are intended for circuit or private land use only.
Which electric dirt bike by age?
- Ages 3-5: Flee PRM 300W — very lightweight, limited speed, ideal for first rides.
- Ages 6-10: Serval PRM 10" 500W or Gazelle DLX 10" — progressive power, frame sized for kids.
- Ages 10-13: Tiger VX DLX 12" 1000-1600W or Serval PRM 12" 1200W — more power to grow into.
- Ages 13-14: Tiger VX DLX 14" 1600W or 2000W — the top model for advanced teen riders.
All speeds are adjustable via the programmable controller, letting you match power to your child's skill level. Also browse our teen motorcycles category for equivalent petrol models.
Why choose electric over petrol?
An electric dirt bike requires no petrol-oil mix, no oil changes, no carburettor tuning. The brushless BLDC motor is nearly silent — a real advantage in gardens or residential areas — and delivers instant torque, ideal for learning. The Lithium battery charges in 6-8 hours from a standard domestic outlet.
Safety and protective gear
Full-face helmet, gloves and body protection are essential, even for the youngest riders. Adult supervision is required at all times. Browse our kids helmets.

Battery and range: what to know
XtremRS electric dirt bikes for kids use Lithium batteries offering 15 to 25 km of range depending on the model and rider weight. A full charge takes 6 to 8 hours. To extend battery life: recharge after every use, avoid full discharges, and store between 10°C and 25°C.
How to choose the right size for your child
The key criterion is seat height relative to your child's height: their feet should be able to touch the ground while stationary. For ages 3-5, choose a 6" wheel; for ages 6-10, a 10" wheel; and from age 10-11 onwards, a 12" to 14" wheel depending on build.
Maintaining an electric dirt bike for kids
Maintenance is limited to: checking tyre pressure, inspecting brake wear, cleaning battery contacts, and lightly lubricating the chain if fitted. No oil changes, no air filter to replace.
