Teen Pitbike 155cc IMR 155 RACE PRO: A 4-stroke engine built for the track

The heart of this machine beats to the rhythm of a 155Z 4-stroke single-cylinder engine, oil-cooled, delivering 16 hp (11.93 kW) for crisp acceleration and proven reliability in racing conditions. This engine block, designed for circuit endurance, offers available torque at low RPMs, ideal for powering out of tight corners as well as linking up straight lines. Its 4-liter tank ensures comfortable autonomy for your intensive riding sessions, without having to cut your momentum to refuel. At XtremRS, we select engines whose robustness is no longer to be proven, so that your only concern remains the stopwatch.

4-speed manual transmission and 6-disc clutch on the Teen Pitbike 155cc

The 4-speed manual gearbox puts you in command: you manage the engine speed with precision, a pure sensation that automatic transmission does not provide. The 6-disc multi-disc clutch, a guarantee of longevity and progressiveness, withstands hard starts and aggressive downshifts without flinching. It is the reference configuration for learning traction control or performing in pitbike competition. Our technicians recommend checking the control play and using an appropriate gearbox oil (10W40 type) to preserve the smoothness of gear changes session after session.

Double cradle steel frame and adjustable ergonomics for your Teen Pitbike 155cc

The double cradle steel structure confers exemplary torsional rigidity, an essential base for exploiting the 16 hp on asphalt as well as on dirt. The steel swingarm extends this rigor to the rear wheel. Rider ergonomics are carefully crafted: 28 mm aluminum handlebar with integrated handguards, CNC multi-adjustable footpegs in height and setback to adapt the position to your body type (seat height 820 mm, wheelbase 1220 mm). Black/red IMR plastics dress the whole in an assumed race identity. Note that this model is not road-legal and does not include a kickstand: it is born for the track.

IMR V2 inverted front suspension and DNM rear: surgical handling

The front features an adjustable IMR V2 inverted fork, specifically valved in supermoto configuration with longer tubes to gain in rigidity and precision on asphalt track. The rear damping is entrusted to a DNM adjustable combination with 4 positions, allowing to fine-tune sag and rebound according to your weight and the track layout. This high-end duo absorbs violent braking and corner compression without pumping, giving you that critical feedback to set millimeter-precise trajectories. Remember to purge the fork oil annually to maintain this exceptional road feel.

Double piston front hydraulic braking and floating disc on the Teen Pitbike 155cc

Deceleration is entrusted to a double piston radial caliper biting into a 240 mm floating disc at the front, assisted by a single piston caliper on a 180 mm disc at the rear. The front floating disc manages thermal expansion for constant bite lap after lap, while the hydraulics ensure finger-and-eye dosing, vital at corner entry. This is a rare level of braking performance in this segment, synonymous with active safety and decreasing lap times. Monitor the pad thickness and DOT 4 fluid level before each circuit outing.

Ultralight 12-inch aluminum wheels: responsiveness and grip for your Teen Pitbike 155cc

The 12-inch aluminum rims, maximally lightened, reduce unsprung masses for instant steering and sharp lean-in. This 12-inch geometry, standard in pitbike racing, offers an optimal compromise between high-speed stability and slow-corner agility. Note: tires are not included, leaving you the choice of rubber (slick, rain, mixed) suited to your discipline — supermotard, dirt or endurance. Our XtremRS advisors are at your disposal to guide you towards the most performant tire/rim fitment according to your preferred circuit.

1. For what type of rider is this Teen Pitbike 155cc designed?
With a seat height of 820 mm, a wheelbase of 1220 mm, a 155Z 16 hp engine and a 4-speed manual gearbox with a 6-disc clutch, this IMR Race Pro clearly targets teenagers and light adults looking for a performant circuit machine. It is not an introduction model for children: the management of the manual clutch, the available power and the "supermoto" ergonomics (raised/receded CNC footpegs, 28 mm handlebar) require experience and sufficient height to place feet calmly.
2. Are tires included with the 12-inch aluminum rims?
No, tires are not included, for both front and rear. The ultralight 12-inch aluminum rims are mounted bare. You will need to order a 12-inch slick or rain tire fitment (supermoto dimensions) and have them mounted before the first track outing.
3. How does the "supermoto" configuration change the behavior compared to a classic cross pit bike?
This Race Pro adopts longer IMR V2 inverted fork tubes to gain rigidity on asphalt, coupled with a DNM rear shock adjustable in 4 positions. The 12-inch rims lower the center of gravity and widen the ground contact surface compared to 14/12-inch cross wheels. Result: increased stability in fast corners, more precise braking thanks to the 240 mm double piston front floating disc, and a geometry designed for cornering, not for jumps.
4. Does the 155Z 4-stroke engine require special preparation?
It is a 155 cc oil-cooled block, simple and robust, developing 16 hp at the crank. The 4-speed manual gearbox with multi-disc clutch (6 discs) offers crisp shifting and better heat resistance than a centrifugal clutch. Plan for quality 4-stroke oil (10W40 type) and check the level before each session; oil-cooling alone imposes increased vigilance on long track sessions.
5. What ergonomic adjustments are possible to adapt to my body type?
The CNC footpegs are multi-adjustable: you can raise and recede them to shift the center of gravity and gain angle. The IMR V2 inverted fork is adjustable (preload, rebound/compression depending on version), the DNM shock offers 4 valving positions, and the 28 mm aluminum handlebar equipped with handguards completes a competition-typical cockpit.
6. Is the bike delivered ready to ride "turnkey"?
Note: two essential elements are missing. First, no stand kickstand is included — plan for a workshop stand or a chock to hold it. Second, tires are not mounted. Apart from that, the double cradle steel frame, swingarm, hydraulic brakes (double piston front / single piston rear), IMR black/red plastics and 4 L tank are in place. A check of levels (oil, brake fluid) and tire mounting remain your responsibility.
7. Can it be used on the road or public paths?
No, it is a closed circuit machine (asphalt track / supermoto). It has no lighting, mirrors, horn or certificate of conformity. Its use is limited to trackdays, private training or competitions on enclosed ground.
8. What is the real autonomy with the 4 L tank?
On a 155 cc 4-stroke pushed to 16 hp in track use (constant high RPM), expect sustained consumption. The 4 liters offer a sufficient window for typical 15 to 20 minute sessions in trackday; plan a spare can in the truck to link up sessions without stress.
9. How does delivery and warranty work at XtremRS?
As a vehicle, it benefits from free delivery from €500 purchase, by appointment within 5 to 8 working days. Payment is secured with 3D Secure. The 2-year warranty covers parts and labor (excluding consumables: tires, pads, oil, chain kit, and safety equipment such as helmet/gloves).
10. Why choose this IMR Race Pro over an entry-level 125 cc?
The gap is technical: higher displacement (155 cc vs 125 cc), announced power 16 hp, 4-speed manual gearbox (often semi-auto on entry-level 125s), 6-disc clutch, adjustable inverted fork, DNM shock, 12" aluminum rims and double piston front brake with 240 mm floating disc. It is a "ready to race" supermoto base where a standard 125 often requires immediate upgrades (fork, brake, wheels) to hold its own on the track.
